Two-way calendar sync between Google and Microsoft 365.
Set it up in 2 minutes. Stop the awkward “wait, you’re free at 10?” texts.
Edit on Google, the Outlook copy updates within seconds. Edit on Outlook, Google catches up. No CSV exports, no IFTTT, no spreadsheets.
By default mirrors say “Busy”. Want to share the meeting title with yourself but not your client? Pick per-pair.
Webhooks from Google & Microsoft, backed by a sweep every hour. If a notification misses, the next sweep catches it.
Your unified Google + Outlook schedule shows up in Apple Calendar. Scan a QR code to subscribe in one tap — read-only, no Apple ID password.
Click once; sign in on Google; consent. We never see your password.
Same flow for Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com. Personal MS accounts work too.
Two-way, one-way, busy-block, or full details — per pair. Change it any time.
14-day free trial, no card up front. Upgrade when ready.

No. LeapSync runs entirely on Cloudflare’s edge. You connect Google and Microsoft once on the web; we handle the rest server-side.
Read & write calendar events on each connected account. We never read email, contacts, files, or any other data. Tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
Typically under 5 seconds end-to-end via push notifications from Google and Microsoft. A safety sweep also runs every hour to catch anything missed.
Yes. LeapSync publishes a private, read-only feed of your connected Google and Outlook calendars. Scan a QR code (or tap the webcal link) to subscribe in Apple Calendar — no Apple ID password needed. Edits still happen in Google or Outlook; two-way iCloud / CalDAV sync is planned for v2.
Your sync stops on cancellation. Mirror events created by LeapSync remain in your calendar — you can keep, delete, or hide them. Token data is deleted within 30 days.
Not a public one yet. The Team and Enterprise tiers include scoped admin access. Public read-only API on the roadmap.
